“Food for Thought”
In (Matthew 6:33) The word of God says, “To seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these other things wil be added to You”
As we reflect on this verse we are reminded that first and foremost of all we are to serve and seek God.
Our purpose as Christians is to serve God with all of our heart, soul and Mind as (Matthew 22:37) says. as we do this the bible assures us that God will take care of all our “other things” as it is stated here in the scripture above.
Have you ever thought what is meant by this? I truly believe that God is saying, as you take care of your spiritual responsibilities such as worshipping God, praying, reading your word and most definitely serving God daily, God will take care of your daily needs such as physical. material and any other need that is needed for your daily Christian walk.
So as you’re going to school or work today, think on God’s provision and how He is the one that takes care of all of our needs, concerns and even our wants !!!

This is something that needs to be repeated over and over,puting God first we need to hear it,faith come by hearing (the word of God)maybe then more of God people will step out and see,if we put him first(wow) THANKS PASTOR.IT HIT HOME

THANKS PASTOR FOR THAT ENCOURAGING WORD.. ESPCIALLY IN THESE DAYS ITS EASY TO STRESS ABOUT HOW WE ARE GOING TO MEET OUR OWN NEEDS BUT THIS IS JUST A REMINDER THAT AS LONG AS WE SEEK GOD AND PUT HIM FIRST HE WILL DO THE REST..I DEFINATELY NEEDED TO BE REMINDED OF THAT..THANK YOU !..

Pastor, thank you for this word. This is definitely one of my favorite scriptures. Since I have been living by this my life & my families lives have improved a lot. I pray we all live by this.

Thanx Pastor for the timely word. A few weeks ago I asked God to separate and consencrate me unto Him to be trained and used more for His glory. The next week I hurt my foot and have now been out of work for two weeks. The doctor wants me out for five more. God has used this time to pour into me and stir up desires, dreams, and gifts that I have been too busy to strenghen in this past year. I am now in a situation, once again, where He is growing my faith and dependancy towards Him. God keeps assuring me that He has it under control and has given me the peace to draw nearer to Him instead of focusing on my problems. He truley is adding all the rest as I seek Him and His righteousness. Thanx again for the confirmation

I will try my hardest to stay Focused on the things of God and lean towards him and not self. He must become greater, I must become less……
