“A Time to Elevate”
In (Joshua 1:1-9) We read of the ending of Moses ministry and the beginning of Joshua’s. You see, the death of Moses marked the end of one man’s ministry and the beginning of another. It is similar to (Starting something new or having a second chance).
Now Joshua and the Israelites could of done a few things:
- They could of Just continued around the same old mountain and stayed stuck there.
- Or they could of Refused to go forward and just talk about the past
- They could of fell into depression over the death of Moses
- Or they could of just let go of their Dreams and Promises
But they didn’t, as amatter of fact they chose to go forward - inspite of it all !!
God has called us to reach to Newer heights, or as I call it to “ELEVATE”
Remember this always: God will always do His part – but we must also do our part: God wants us to become and fulfill all that He has created us to be:
- We must be willing to go forward
- We must be willing to take the first step
- We must be willing to take the initiative
Perhaps you have had a rocky past. Or your going through a tough time right now !!!
- Believe God, that the best is yet to come !!
- Better days are ahead of you
- And God is going to “Elevate” you and restore to you all that you have lost, plus give you more !!! (How many of you believe that?) Believe it .

Thank you Pastor for this message. The last week or more I have been dwelling a lot on this and especially that “The Best is yet to come”, if you just believe & step out (or forward) like you said here.
I really appreciate you taking the time and writing these messages, they are very helpful. Especially when you are going through something.

Thanks Pastor Max, you never fail to motivate me with your timely messages. My choice is not to be or to do the same as usual. I choose to go forward in what God has for me. I can truely say, I do believe that the best is yet too come!!! God bless you and your family continueously!!! AJ

Dear Pastor Max, it was so hard to be elevated in times like now, my ex took off to oaxca last week after the doctor told she was crazy also to take our son at age two, i have joint legal custody and don’t no why someone would put there child in that predicament. What is Gods lesson on this to me, to turn it over to him, in the old Phil i would have my crew down there before she got of the plane, please pray for my son who in Mexico, if it was’nt for your wisdom on things, i don’t know how i would of taken this, but i stop and think of what i was taught the short time i was there. As we are in the midst of moving to a new building and stepping up to the “Promised Land” that God has for us in the immediate future, we need to fan the flame that God has placed within us. Too many of us dream about the future without putting action towards accomplishing our dreams . I desire God’s best for my life. I thank you, Pastor for motivating us to step out in faith and walk in the vocation in which we were called.
