New Location
God bless all you blog Readers, i wasn’t able to post last week - but we have been pretty busy at Victory OutreachPortland, we have been working at our new church building in south east Portland.
We are believing God to be ready to have a gran opening by April 12th on Easter Morning - i am reminded of 3 simple truths:
1. when God puts something in your heart -you have to step out and follow your heart - even if it feels impossible - remember He always goes before us as the bible says.
2. It will take faith and courage to step out - because the unknown always brings a little fear, but God’s word reminds us that He gives us the strength and courage in situations just like these. (it’s possible that God wants to see how we are going to react, if we will trust Him or not).
3. I am reminded to “Stand firm” in the promises of God - The bible tells us the God is forever faithful, He will not with hold His blessing to those who will walk and live right before Him.
In closing - if there is something God has laid in your heart - hold unto it, stand firm and have the courage to step out when God says “GO FOR IT”

Ican’t wait to move in to our new{to us} church and me and my family thank you for helping us want to do better, can’t wait to back to portland and help with the new church. God bless

What a perfect time - Ressurection/Easter. This is a great encouragement and example to me = ‘Go for it’ - You & sis Linda stepping out in faith to believe God for a new church home is a living example of what TO DO… Move when the Spirit says moooove.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2Tim 1:7 Sometimes fear can keep us from moving forward. Fear of rejection, fear of what others think, fear of failure have kept me back many a days. Pastor, you teach us to step our and forward on faith, all the time. This is a BLESSED and wonderful step into a HIGHER level for VO Portland. Can you believe it’s actually happening, Pastor? My prayers are with all of my Portland family. Hope to see you soon.
